互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品成功的關(guān)鍵因素是用戶口碑。資源永遠有限,對于創(chuàng)業(yè)公司尤其如此。只有專注,才能集中所有資源做一件事情,才能把這件事情做到極致;也只有極致,才能從內(nèi)心深處打動用戶,用戶才愿意口口相傳,就能形成良好的口碑傳播效應(yīng)。
Google和Apple之所以偉大,就是因為擁有專注和極致的這樣的基因。創(chuàng)業(yè)者從創(chuàng)業(yè)開始,如果堅持“專注”和“極致”,才有機會做成一家象Google和Apple一樣偉大的公司!

1. 一切以用戶為中心,其他一切紛至沓來 Focus on the user and all else will follow.
2. 把一件事做到極致. It's best to do one thing really, really well.
3. 快比慢好. Fast is better than slow.

5. 您不一定要在桌子前找答案. You don't need to be at your desk to need an answer.
6. 不做壞事也能賺錢. You can make money without doing evil.
7. 未知的信息總是存在的. There's always more information out there.
8. 對信息的需求無所不在. The need for information crosses all borders.
9. 不穿西裝也可以嚴肅認真. You can be serious without a suit.
10. 僅有優(yōu)秀是遠遠不夠的. Great just isn't good enough. ?
